Assistance animals, including service and support animals, are not pets. We never charge pet rent, a pet deposit or any pet fee for an assistance animal.
What you need to apply
- A photo ID for every adult on the lease
- Proof of income, usually 2.5 times the monthly rent
- Permission for a credit and background check
- About 15 minutes online
